We request you leave your bag on the porch within an eyeshot from the road by 8:00 in the morning. Our drivers only stop at your home if there is a bag out to pick-up or we are returning clean clothes. We can also ring your doorbell for pick-up if that makes you feel more comfortable. Most people choose to have their clothes hung on the front door, but we will hang your clothing wherever you choose to hang the provided hook. We do recommend that you choose a covered location (front porch, back porch, shed, garage door, or side door).

You will receive one or two bags: depending on your frequency of use. In addition, if you like, we will supply an environmentally friendly, re-useable hanging garment bag.
We politely ask for a one-time refundable $10.00 deposit for your laundry bag. This deposit is promptly returned to you upon canceling service. However, once you try our service, we are certain you will be our customer for a lifetime!
In the highly unlikely occurrence your clothes are damaged while in our possession, we will fix the damage or credit you the value of the article up to 10 times the cost of cleaning. We will inspect all clothing before cleaning and contact you immediately if there is an issue.

We will recycle all your hangers and plastic wrap! On your first scheduled service day of each month, we will pick up your hangers and plastic wrap. FREE OF CHARGE!
