 3. How do I pay for the service?
Our scheduled route customers will be invoiced monthly, and may pay by credit card, debit card, check or cash.

 4. What do I get for referrals?
Your account will be credited $25.00 for each successful referral.

 5. Are there minimum orders?
No! If you only have one item to pick-up, we will still be there for you.

 6. What are my pick-up and delivery days?
Scheduled pick-up and delivery days are determined by the subdivision that you live in. We will visit every scheduled route customer twice a week, for pick-up and delivery.

 7. How long will it take for my clothes to be delivered?
24 to 48 hours. Your customized schedule is determined at sign up.

 8. How do I alert you to stains?
We thoroughly examine your garments for stains. Let us do all the work! However, if you wish you can fill out the Stain Alert Form and place in your blue bag.

 9. What if there is an issue with service or quality?

We guarantee all of our work. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us at 1.888.432.2242 or email us at valetdc@gmail.com. We will take the appropriate action to keep you as our lifetime customer.

 10. Is there a contract to sign?

No! We are confident with the quality and convenience of our service. You will never need to visit another dry cleaning store again!

 11. What about rush or emergency orders?

In emergency cases we can return your garments cleaned and pressed within 24 hours. Please call us at 1.888.432.2242 to make arrangements.

 12. Do I need to contact Valet Dry Cleaning to Your Door for each pick-up?
Scheduled route customers do not need to contact us.

 13. Where do I leave my clothes for pick-up?
We request you leave your bag on the porch within eye shot from the road, by 8:00 in the morning. Our drivers only stop at your home if there is a bag out to pick-up or we are returning clean clothes. We can also ring your doorbell for pick-up, if that makes you feel more comfortable. Please notify us of this preference before service begins.

 14. What if I don’t get my bag out in time?
We will be there on the next scheduled day for pick-up and you may include it then. If you need us to return sooner, please call us at 1.888.432.2242. Our #1 goal at Valet Dry Cleaning to Your Door is to provide the best possible customer service, satisfaction guaranteed!

 15. Where will my clothes be delivered?
Most people choose to have their clothes hung on the front door, but we will hang your clothing wherever you choose to hang the provided hook. We do recommend that you choose a covered location (front porch, back porch, shed, garage door, or side door).

Your specific schedule will be determined at time of sign-up.

 17. Does anyone need to be home for pick-up or delivery?
No! However, upon delivery your route driver can ring your doorbell or knock on your door to let anyone who is home know that your dry cleaning has arrived. If you would like this preference, please let us know when you Start Service.

 18. Am I required to have items available for pick-up on every scheduled day?

No! If you do not have a bag out for pick-up, we will deliver the clean clothes and continue on our way.

 19. How many bags will I receive?
You will receive one or two bags: depending on your frequency of use. In addition, if you like we will supply an environmentally friendly, re-useable hanging garment bag.

 20. Is there a charge for the laundry and hanging garment bags?
We politely ask for a one-time refundable $10.00 deposit for your laundry bag. This deposit is promptly returned to you upon canceling service. However, once you try our service we are certain you will be our customer for a lifetime!

 21. What about damaged items?
In the highly unlikely occurrence your clothes are damaged while in our possession, we will fix the damage or credit you the value of the article up to 10 times the cost of cleaning. We will inspect all clothing before cleaning, and contact you immediately if there is an issue.

 22. Are there any additional charges?
There are never additional delivery charges for our scheduled routes. For emergency service, appropriate charges may apply. All charges will be disclosed before service is performed.

 24. Does Valet Dry Cleaning to Your Door perform alterations?
Yes! We provide professional alterations. Just print an Alteration Request form (AlterationRequest.pdf) and attach it to your garment.

 25. Does Valet Dry Cleaning to Your Door clean leathers, household items, shoes?

Yes! We are a full service cleaners that will handle all of your dry cleaning and laundry needs. Please fill out any forms and attach them to your items.

 26. How do I temporarily postpone service while on vacation?
Please inform us of the dates you wish to stop and re start your service.

We will recycle all your hangers and plastic wrap! On your first scheduled service day of each month we will pick up your hangers and plastic wrap. FREE OF CHARGE!
